MSI B450M Pro VDH
Corsair VS450
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB

Which of these is the best cabinet?

1. Corsair SPEC-02
2. Corsair SPEC-03
3. Corsair SPEC-04
4. Corsair SPEC-05
5. Corsair 200r

Which one is the best SPEC cabinet? How does the best SPEC cabinet compare to the Corsair 200r?

I was thinking about buying the CX450 but it costs 12 USD more.

So Buy that because if you use VS 450 I don't think that it will stay long time. So use Corsair CX 450 grey not green

Which should I pick? Corsair 200r or SPEC-03? The price is the same in my country.

What country ARE you in? Where can you purchase from, online, or only local shops?

I probably would not recommend either of those cases unless you know for sure they are the best options available to you. If they are, then the 200R is probably the better case with more fan location options than the Spec-03. Both are pretty much bottom of the barrel for Corsair though.
