My processor is i5 4440.
Which one of these cpu coolers will be best ?

Deepcool gamma archer fan (120 mm)
Deepcool alta 7 cpu cooler
Antec a30 cpu cooler

Will the above mentioned ones be able to perform better than the stock CPU cooler?

I welcome any other suggestions. :)
Budget around 15-20$. My cabinet permits a cpu cooler of height <125mm only.

From what I can tell the Antec a30 would be way too tall for the enclosure you have. I also cannot find any reviews for the Deep Cool heatsinks you listed, which normally isn't a good sign of quality.

The Arctic Freezer 7 shouldn't be an issue with that motherboard, as long as you have enough vertical space in your case for it. Here is a link to a Arctic Freezer 7 review. It is one of the bottom tier aftermarket coolers, but much better than a stock cooler.

Alternatively if that cooler ends up being too tall, I like the Arctic Freezer 11 LP (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIAB7G4887818). It provides a good improvement over...
The CRYORIG C7 CPU Cooler is probably your best bet as it's only 47mm and provides great cooling and a low noise level.
I'ts 10$ above your budget but personally, I'd say it's worth it as it's more efficient than all the other you've been looking at, since you're pretty much buying a new stock cooler with those.

But then again, you might not even need a new cooler, considering the fact that you won't do any overclocking.
CRYORIG C7 CPU Cooler is the best low profile CPU cooler in my opinion, for the price of course.

It provides a good improvement over stock cooling (review link -> http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/freezer_11_lp/4.htm), while still being low profile and well within your budget. There could be some issue fitting it in your motherboard with the transistors awful close to the cpu socket. That looks close, but you'd have to try to be sure. Newegg gives you the 30 day return policy if there are issues.

Thanks...
I will keep that recommendation in mind... :)
