would you recommend this pc for gaming, I will be playing games like far cry 4, xcom 2, and witcher 3.

Here´s my suggestion.

Compared to your own build, it´s faster, newer tech, slightly better video card with longer warranty and thinner (gainward is 2½ slot size) and includes SSD with better PSU. Also ability to overclock the cpu.

NB - going a little higher, I´d go with the MSI Krait Z170 mobo, but that´s slightly above your budget. - excellent mobo though.
