Choosing a gpu for my pc

Hello everybody! I´m Darthiss from Argentina and this is my pc right now:

-Mother: Gigabyte GA-880gm-Usb3l
-CPU: AMD FX 4100 Overclocked @ 4400mhz
-Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212+
-Memory: 2x4gb 1600Mhz ddr3 Hiper x
-PW: Thermaltake Smart 650w

Now, I´m thinking on buying a new gpu, my core and able options are:

From Nvidia:
MSI/ZotacGtx 750ti
Zotac Gtx 960.

From amd:
Shappire R7 265
Shappire R9 270X Dual-x
Shappire R9 270X Dual x 4GB or
Shappire R9 270X Vapor-x 2gb
