[SOLVED] Choosing a gpu&more questions

After the relase of the 3rd gen Ryzen processors,I decided to upgrade my computer,by buying new cpu,ram,mo/bo,ssd and psu.Now i am looking for a capable gpu for 1080p 144 on most games and even 4k 60 on lower settings.I did not buy a gpu because it would cost a lot and take money away from the other components.I bought: ryzen 3700x,g.skill tridentz rgb 16gb 3200 mhz(cas 16),gigabyte x570 aorus ultra,seasonic focus plus 750 platinum,samsung 970 evo plus 250gb.My current gpu is a gigabyte 1060 6gb which is perfect for 1080p60 gaming.
I have the following questions:
1)2060 super vs 2070 vs 5700xt or anything else
2)Are CPU temperatures OK?Should I buy hydrocooling and overclock it?
3)Should I overclock the RAM more,and if yes,how much
4)The PC will also be used for editing high res videos and photos,should I buy more RAM?I had 32 gigs of DDR3 1333 until now

You didn't state what temperatures you get now. Anything under 70c would be fine.
Overclocking RAM is pretty iffy, impossible to say if and how much it could be overclocked. Just buy faster RAM if you feel you need it. 3600MHz is said to be ideal for 3rd gen Ryzen.
Also don't know how much of 32GB are your programs using now but if you need 32GB of fast RAM for sure get two of 16GB, wit 4x8GB you'd get lower speed, probably not over 3000-3200MHz.

Sorry for not including temps,I am on the high 60s on the stock cooler when not stressed,peaking at about 85 degrees at full load.I will keep the RAM on its normal state since I just bought new and it is not worth getting rid of it for a new kit.What about the GPU?I think I'll go for the 2060 super around February,when the priced will have dropped a bit.

I would personally wait a bit for a used RTX 2070 or new 2060 super. You could also get a used 1080 Ti for a similar price.
