I've been considering on investing in a gpu. Which is the best gpu for a price range around $200? (the best price to performance ratio)

The R9 280 is the best GPU for around $200, when they aren't on sale they usually go for around $250 but they go on sale frequently.

if you go 250ish
R9 280 or GT 760
