I'm looking to update my graphics card, i'm currently using an Nvidia Geforce 750. My concern is getting any sort of bottlenecking issues.

My specs are:

Processor: AMD FX 4300 Quad Core
Motherboard: AS Rock N68-GS4/USB3 FX
Power supply: 400W

Budget is between £350 - £400

Been looking at the MSI GeForce RTX 2060 GAMING Z 6GB.

Any thoughts?

Would it be worth upgrading the cpu first then?
Looking at the CPU support list for your motherboard, I don't see a CPU that the board supports that would not bottleneck the GTX 2060. And your board is not designed for OC'ing either. The FX-8370E looks to be the fastest CPU the board supports.

A FX-8370E and GTX1060 or RX 580 look to be the best combo for that AM3+ platform. However, if you don't worry about bottleneck, then go for the GTX 2060.
