Choosing a motherboard for less than £80

I am choosing a motherboard and it needs these qualities:
Am3+
ddr3 ram
at least 1 pci-e x 16
at least 1 pci-e x 1
ATX
SATA III

Cheers looks like a good mobo. Is it better than the current one I am choosing? (this is my first time building a computer i only know the basics..) I will look into the one you have suggested it looks good.

Both have 14 USB 2.0 ports , 2 x USB 3.0 , 6 x SATA 6Gb/s ports, Gigabyte have more PCI slots.
