Choosing a motherboard?

I have narrowed it down to these motheboards but I don't know which one I should get?

I would go with the ASRock Extreme6 (if you need it's features, if not, the Extreme4 is a great board too).

I forgot to throw the -V pro into the mix too. and I don't like the extreme 4 because it's not actually atx, it's about an inch short on the farside.
