So I've been looking into mice for gaming. I was wondering if you anyone could recommend any good mice.
This is what I'm looking for in a mouse: comfort, DPI, and macro keys
I want a mouse that I could have my whole hand on.
I don't know exactly what DPI I should have, I play games like League of Legends and Fallout New Vegas. I've been told the higher the better
I want like 4+ macro keys on the side.
If there isn't enough information about the kind of mouse I'm wanting you can ask for more information.
My friend recommended for me to buy this mouse

I've also heard the Razer Naga Hex or whatever it's called to be a good mouse for League of Legends but it's kind of expensive.

The best thing you can possibly do is go to a local store and see what fits your hand. Don't fall into the hype pit when it comes to sensor resolutions and max DPI - both of them are meaningless if the mouse itself doesn't fit your grip. I myself use a Logitech M705 - no, it isn't flashy nor does it have four side buttons, but it's shaped well for my palm grip and fits the hand nicely. A friend of mine has a Naga Hex - we play LoL, just like you mentioned - and I can't even use the thing because it fits my hand like a torpedo. I can, however, give some of the mice I've had good experiences with.

Right now, I use a Logitech M705. It's wireless, since I work on an Asus G75.

It replaced a Roccat Kone Pure - Here - that was a bit small for my hand, yet nicely made. I needed something wireless.
Before that was a Razer DeathAdder. Very large mouse, nicely made, a bit overpriced (as with everything made by Razer)... The cable literally wore through from running along the back of my desk. I used the thing so much it just wore out after about two years, which shouldn't happen.

The mouse you listed from Amazon looks awfully uncomfortable, but that's your call. Logitech makes excellent mice, as do many other people... I'll list off some of my favorites that might fit your bill.

Just something to consider. Remember that things aren't cheap without a good reason. Companies aren't losing money because they want to give you a good deal.
