choosing a power supply for my pc please help

i have two choice which is
antec vp550p

seasonic m12 evo 520 which is 35 dollers more

is it really worth spending around 30 doller on this psu because i could upgrade to bigger screen if i save here

my build

ryzen 1600
gtx 1060
gigabyte b350 gaming
2*8 gb ram g skill
4 led fan
1 rgb strip
2 hard drive
1 ssd

i live in india here we dont have evga and we import seasonic so they are high in price everytime

Buy the seasonic one, leave out either a hard drive/SSD/LED strips and get your better monitor and add whatever you leave out later the
