Asus M32 PC (AMD A10-6700 / 1TB HDD / 12GB RAM / HD 8670D Graphics / Windows 8.1)

The computer is for mild gaming, video/picture editing mainly so using benchmark tools online I've narrowed down my search (yesterday I was asking about a laptop but decided on a desktop instead) to these two models for roughly 500$ cad. Which is the better one?

I'm also open to suggestions (not so much into building my own unless it was much much better than what I'm looking at) my current iMac is on its last legs and won't last much longer.

If suggesting another pc, shipping from Canada only please!

Thanks in advance!!

My general advice is this:

1. Do what ya can to get budget up to $850 for a gaming rig.

2. Do what ya can to get budget up to $1100 for a video editing rig.

Unless expectations are unusually low, this is what I think ya need to spend to get 3 years satisfactory usage outta the box. If budget is tight .... and that can't be done

This is where I'd go on a really tight budget but ya gonna need another $180

Thanks for the quick reply! For now I have to stay within budget, but another reason I decided on a desktop over a laptop was that I always can upgrade later too.

Thanks for the input, but both of these machines are far better than the iMac I currently own. To which the programs I use are slow but manageable.

Will decide myself since the main question was not answered. no best answer will be given.
