choosing best cpu for normal gaming

hello,
im from india & i was a Little confuse about buying a new cpu. my main purpose is a build a normal gaming pc.
so i was 2 option Intel 3.5 GHz LGA 1150 i3-4150 & 2nd AMD 3.5 GHz AM3+ FX 6-Core Edition FX-6300 . so which cpu with i go...please suggest & guide me.
i Read comment some online site most of suggest go to intel i3 can they are right. plz help.

I think the fx 6300 is a better all round cpu compared the the i3, but either one would work honestly. The i3 would play games better, but overall multi-tasking might not be as good as the 6300.

If you choose intel Core i3 4150, you can later replace that with any other CPU of LGA 1150 socket like Core i5 4590; Changing motherboard will not be required.

Choosing AMD doesn't allow you to upgrade the CPU without changing the motherboard. AM3+ is a dead socket anyway.

In my suggestion, you should stick with Intel Core i3. But I would recommend you to buy 4170 instead of 4150.

thanks for suggestion bro.. agar main filhal i3 na lete huye 1150 socket ka koi intel G3220 liye to q ki aage muze i5 me pc upgrade karna hi hai. to kay G3220 me ac unity game run honga. mere pas amd 6850 gpu hai.

i3 4150 is better in almost every game than FX-6300

But if you plan recording your gameplay, streaming or do some video editing fx-6300 may be a better choice

Choose the i3 if you are planning to upgrade it later on. Otherwise choose the amd as it can be oc very easily.

If you want to buy a pentium, then go with G3258 Anniversary Edition. It will allow you to over clock to 4+ GHz if you want to. Just make sure to buy a CPU Cooler.

Remember, AC Unity is a bad PC port. You will be able to play it at 30+ FPS on medium settings at 1080p.
But I would recommend you to buy Core i3 4170 instead of a pentium.
