Question Choosing best monitors for eye care.

Hello,

My eyes are sensitive to light. I think photophobic is the term. I am in IT and spend time in front of monitor screens. I am using flux application on my computer and it helps but i am looking for the best possible monitor that support eye care to protect my eyes in long term. I mostly do reading and some video watching. I dont play games at all. I want to thank you for your time and help in advance. I really truly appreciate your suggestion and advice.

Get a higher refresh IPS, 75 hz is good, set the tint to blueish more. Did you talk to an eye doctor?
