These are two motherboards I've been looking at for my build:

I just can't tell if the first one is worth the extra money or not. To put it in perspective, the CPU I'm getting is an i7 4770k quad core. My main focus is to make sure the build supports thunderbolt. If anybody else has suggestions, that would be awesome. If it's somewhere in the $200s, that's great. Thanks
