Ok so first off I'd like to give credit to madmatt30 as the builds below are what he suggested I just have a few questions.. First off, I dont see any OS so I'm asssuming that it would be an added cost? Also, I see no sound card or network card, so would that be an added cost as well or would those be integrated into the MOBO? This is my 1st time trying to build a PC outside of frankensteining an already existing desktop. I'm asking because if all of these are added costs than obviously it affects the final cost which ultimately affects my budget. Thanks to everyone in advance.

Madmatt suggestions are good. Ideally, i would go with the 1600 build as it would not only perform better but also last much longer. Both sound and network are mobo integrated so you dont need to worry about it.
For Windows, purchase a key and activate it later on... https://www.howtogeek.com/244678/you-dont-need-a-product-key-to-install-and-use-windows-10/
