Solution
Hey guys :)
I bought the PC and all peripherals currently waiting for a call from the store :D

http://

There are quite a lot of changes in the last minute mainly because of the input from the guy at the store. He was a gamer and my age and also seemed genuine. I feel like I know now a bit about PC building and from the talk with him he seems to really know what he is talking about. So I listened.

In the end I went with the i5-7600 because of temp considerations. The Intel chips are more stable and less heating up that is very important in my country. (It is hot as hell here d;) For the same reason I went with a not OC version of the 1060.

Another intresting point is the monitor. The monitor I've picked is a 60 Hz...

I do understand it is not twice the speed and sometimws will not help..I just prefer buying the 2x8gb ram sooner than later...about the budget its hard to tell because of the different in prices from my country to what you see in pcpartpicker...
The main thing I want to close right now..which is the most important as I understand it is the CPU and the GPU..as I said above this is my current pick. What do you think about that?
The second things to take care of is upgrading the PSU because of the input from people here..I linked you the page of the store in Osrael maybe you could recomand me something decent from there.

The pricing in the link to the stor is in shekels so shekel*0.29 = price in dollars
Thanks :)

Don't get me wrong, I went dual channel myself. I'm running a 2x8GB setup. Bought it years ago when it was cheap. I wasn't trying to tear anyone down either. It bugged me when I read some of the comments where you were buying a single stick. Many people on a budget get one now, and then another later. 2x8 is what I consider best, but if the options are 1x8, or 2x4, I'd get the 1x8 so I can have that "magical" 2x8 at some point. Buying 2x4 JUST so you can have dual channel now might not be best because you'll either have to run 4x4GB later, or you'll need to pull the old 2x4 when you finally buy the 2x8.

I'd still like an approximate range. Does you no good if I suggest one that's 950, and with the cost of your current parts you can't go over 600. This isn't set in stone, I just need to know roughly how much you can spend on one. With that being said, this is a good one if you can afford it.

I honestly wouldn't get the 7600 non K version. I would drop the CPU down to a native non K CPU, the 7500 or the 7400. You'll save some money and stock performance shouldn't be that far off the 7600.

I figured everywhere was being effected by the cryptomining. The 1050ti is about the only one's to low to be effected from Nvidia.

PSU - done. It is within my price range..if it will save me troubles in later times it is worth the extra 20$ (or 70 shekels d:).

about the CPU if you think the 7500 is good enough I'll go with it. I am just willing to get the best part for money value even if it a bit about the allocated budget for this specific part.

So..for conclusion this is the current locked parts:
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-7500 Kaby Lake Box 3.4GHz
GPU: Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 ROG STRIX-GTX1060-O6G-GAMING 6GB GDDR5
PSU: Seasonic S12II-520 Bronze 520W

next I would like to deal with the memory: I am going for a 2x8gb as discussed above. I just want an input on which brand and speed..
At the store they recommended the: Kingston ValueRAM 2X8GB DDR4 2133MHz KVR21N15S8K2/16 DIMM for 160$
The 2133 MHz could be a bit too slow? In the other store they suggested a 2400Mhz memory so that might be better? I need your input on this please.

Here is the link to the store if that seems not fitting for you: https://www.ivory.co.il/catalog.php?orderBy=&act=cat&id=2649&filters%5B3130%5D%5B%5D=3137

Thanks for the help thus far. :)

p.s
If you have a compatible MoBo to the i5 7500 that will be awesome too

If the 7600 or even 7600K fits in the budget go for it. But if you are pairing it with the B250 or something like that you won't be able to OC the chip, so it's a bit of a waste. For gaming, I doubt you'll see much difference between the 7500 and the 7600. (or stock 7600K.) The price difference won't be much, but if you can save $40 on the CPU and it gets you a better PSU, or faster GPU it makes sense to get the "slower" CPU. 2133MHz CL16 is pretty slow.

https://www.ivory.co.il/catalog.php?id=21728

If this is the ram they're suggesting, I'd get this for just 45 more.

https://www.ivory.co.il/catalog.php?id=21817

It says it's still a 2x8GB kit, but this is 3000MHz ram instead of 2133, and possibly CL15 instead of CL16. (While I followed old testament rules growing up, I never learned Hebrew.) For a small increase in price it's much better ram.

I can't believe that only mike is suggesting the ryzens here & you're not even willing to consider them.

A ryzen 1600 + the Asus prime b350 plus comes to 1580

That's cheaper than an i5 7600 + the cheapest b250m board available on there!

Worst case scenario the i5 will push 5% more fps than the ryzen (at this current point in time)
The ryzen has so much more physical reserve power available though on a hardware level its hard to comprehend.

If you want a CPU thats still going to cut it 2-3 years down the line don't buy an i5.

Why do you think they are so much different? If the 7500 runs games faster (even by a little) isn't it more suiting to my needs?

OK, maybe I'm just weak minded d: BUT I posted the same message in another forum said the same thing why i5-7500 go with the ryzen 5 1600 so I am caving...

Current parts:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 Six Core 1600 Box 3.2GHz
GPU: Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 ROG STRIX-GTX1060-O6G-GAMING 6GB GDDR5
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2 x 8GB DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 Red CMK16GX4M2B3000C15R
PSU: Seasonic S12II-520 Bronze 520W

Thoughts? And please suggest a MoBo - I might say it up front, I am not planning on OC myself since I have no idea how to do it and don't wanna damage the system Thanks.
edit: What do you think about the MSI B350 TOMAHAWK? (or is it more important for OC and I can do with a cheaper one?)

You should at least consider the 1600 or 1600X. Look at the games you play, which performs better? 7500 or 1600? In the USA they are priced similarly, and I was just looking at Toms best gaming CPU for the money and they are both on the list now. For me personally the 1600 is still a bit "buggy" for me to go with, but it might make sense. You might need to go with the cheaper of the two setups because you've been spending a bit more on the PSU and ram. But we are reaching the point where you can't go wrong either way.

'A bit buggy'?
Yeah I'll kind of go with that , in essence though its not really buggy , just there are further optimisations that can be made both in hardware & software.

Fact is though an i5 7500 won't improve in any way from now to 2-3 years down the line, if anything it's going to show its limitations.

The ryzen platform & software support / optimisation absolutely 100% will guaranteed.

Its matching the i5 now near as dammit in gaming & just raping it for anything else , & the only way is up from here on in IMO.

OmriG123 - the tomahawk is a decent board as is the PC mate .they have restrictions on number of sata ports which I don't like personally.

I see there isn't a massive amount of choice on that site .
The Asus prime will do the job fine & is cheaper.
It would be a toss up between the 2 (personally I prefer Asus as a board manufacturer)

They'll both overclock a 1600 with no problem at all.

As I mentioned before I don't want to overclock the 1600 mainly because I don't know how and don't wanna mess everything up.

You don't need to overclock it.
It hits 3.7ghz turbo on 3 cores at stock out of the box.

I'm just telling you you can overclock in on either of those boards if you feel the need.

Id take the Asus prime anyway simply because its a full size board with good expandability options at a good price.

Also you do not need a WD black for your secondary drive , they're overpriced & not really any faster or better quality than a good number of other 7200rpm drives.

I think I'll go with the asus prime, but which one? https://www.ivory.co.il/catalog.php?act=cat&q=Asus+prime&x=7&y=5

About the Hard Disk, what do you think about this one? https://www.ivory.co.il/catalog.php?id=6011 (blue instead of black)

currently from that site these are the best priced optons without compromising quality imo
comes to 5024 NIS

I dont know if thats within your budgetor not ??

This is exactly my budge..I put at around 5000 NIS

A few changes to the one you suggested:
the PSU that we decided before is the Seasonic S12II-520 Bronze 520W
and the GPU is Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 ROG STRIX-GTX1060-O6G-GAMING 6GB GDDR5

apart for that I think it is the same.

gentleman, this is it, please feel free to give suggestion I want to be sure about this, maybe the GPU won't fit in this case I don't know whatever is on your mind :)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 Six Core 1600 Box 3.2GHz
GPU: Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 ROG STRIX-GTX1060-O6G-GAMING 6GB GDDR5
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2 x 8GB DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 Red CMK16GX4M2B3000C15R
PSU: Seasonic S12II-520 Bronze 520W
MoBo: Asus PRIME B350-PLUS
Storage: Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB and SSD Kingston UV400 SUV400S37/240G 240GB
Optical Drive: SATA LG DVDX24 DL black OEM GH24NSD1
Case: Zalman Z1 NEO

This is roughly 5500 NIS which is 500 NIS above my original budget, but I just started working as a software developer so I'll be alright :)

Last suggestion, changes are very welcome.

The only thing I can mention is to make sure that ram will work with that board/CPU. Ryzen is picky about the ram is uses and last I heard you need to make sure the ram you buy is on the list of approved ram. You are only buying two sticks so you should be ok, but I'd double check on the ram before buying. Otherwise you look good. I hate to bring this up, but do you need a CPU cooler?

I'll check about the RAM (is there a list somewhere?)
And about the CPU Cooler, I am planning on buying the Box version of the Ryzen so it should come with a CPU cooler.

edit:
I've found this article: http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/company/press-release/corsair-is-ready-for-amd-ryzen
And this list: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=166631
It is shown there but need to check if it is compatible with the MoBo.

edit 2:
I looked around I've got to this file - http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/PRIME_B350-PLUS/PRIME_B350-PLUS_Memory_QVL_20170522.pdf?_ga=2.6893174.572622087.1498974931-1382914469.1498974931
The CMK16GX4M2B3000C15R is not on the list but the one without the "R" is (i.e. CMK16GX4M2B3000C15).
Also, there is this guy on this forum https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/5ysesh/psa_asus_prime_b350plus_ram_compatibility/
He said the 3000MHz one are running at 2133MHz because of the BIOS configuration.
Do you think It is compatible or not? :/

Yea..I don't want to do stuff manually.
The "memory try it" button means I still need to adjust some settings? is it still gonna be a hassle?
