[SOLVED] Choosing between these CPU Coolers

I'm not very experienced, trying to put together a new build.
My chosen CPU is a Ryzen 5700X.

Someone on these forums was super helpful and put a build together for me, with one of the suggestions being this cooler.

I was shipping on amazon.ca and came across this one with tons of positive reviews and clearly half the price, so I'm just wondering why going with the first one is a better option.

Again, I'm inexperienced and this may seem like a silly question.

At the very bottom you can see a summary and can choose based on the benchmarks which cooler has the lowest temperatures while still having whatever features you want, noisy / lighting effects.
