Choosing Between two PCs

I am looking for a gaming PC and decided a New/Used one is my best option in terms of price.

I can get a 1050Ti/8gb ram/ i5 4440 for 435 euro (505 usd) or 1050Ti/16gb ram/ i7 2600 for 525 euro (610 usd) Both PCs come prebuilt and use new components excluding the cpu/ram/motherboard and both are from the same company. I am looking to play games such as BF5, Farcry 5, Siege, The Witcher 3 ect

So will I see a significant enough performance jump in gaming to justify the more expensive PC.
(Also they may seem expensive to people in the US but are a pretty good deal where I am located).

1050Ti/16gb ram/ i7 2600 would be my pick

Although dont expect great details on bf V that gpu is pretty weak.

Although atleast bf1 really liked 16 gbs of ram. What storage does the more expensive system come with?

Yeah the more expensive one comes with 1tb and the other 500gb
