Trying to choose Corsair memory for GIGABYTE Z490 AORUS MASTER (128GB,64GB, Pro etc..)

I'm doing a once in a five-year upgrade of my system to accept the new Nvidia GTX 3090, I'm aware of the cooling/power requirements and will have an appropriate solution for those. After various considerations I've decided on the following core components to complement the new card, sticking with Intel once more despite supply problems:
  • Intel Core i9-10900K 3.7 GHz 10-Core Processor
  • Gigabyte Z490 AORUS ULTRA G2 ATX LGA1200 Motherboard (I've had Gigabyte boards without problems for over a decade, the chances are the GPU will be a Gigabyte too)
I also want to get Corsair memory, again after problem-free use for decades. The problem is then the variety of options available, and what has been tested/is listed officially as supported. I originally planned on getting a 4x32GB (i.e. total 128GB) but gradually realised it was probably overkill since I primarily use my PC for gaming, and only occasionally 4k editing. My mission is to enable games in 4k at ultra settings, money is luckily not much of a constraint, but value is always appreciated.

Here are my obvious options. I am also having to ship the components overseas so there are problems with returns:

#RAMPriceTimingComments
ACORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 128GB (4 x 32GB) DDR4 3600 CMW128GX4M4D3600C18USD 78018-22-22-42Per above, seems too much RAM
Not officially compatible with the motherboard
BCORSAIR Dominator Platinum RGB 64GB (4 x 16GB) DDR4 3200
CMT64GX4M4C3200C16W
USD 40016-18-18-36Half the price, but not officially compatible with the motherboard (released in June 2020), white colours so doesn't fit the rest of the case/motherboard
CCORSAIR Dominator Platinum RGB 64GB (4 x 16GB) DDR4 3600
CMT64GX4M4Z3600C16
USD 78016-18-18-36Officially supported. Black colour so fits the board styling. Expensive
DCORSAIR Vengeance LPX 64GB (2 x 32GB) DDR4 3600
CMK64GX4M2D3600C18
USD 38018-22-22-42Officially supported. Only two DIMMS. Slower CAS than the Platinum version

I would welcome any opinions on the following topics:
  1. Is there any real point in going for anything other than DDR4 3200. I almost certainly won't be overclocking (no real need with these components)
  2. Views on memory compatibility and Gigabyte motherboards... should I save the 400 USD as seems the cheaper RAM is pretty much what I need (Option #B vs #C)
  3. Recognising that the board is only a dual one, should I instead find another combination, such as the 2x32GB option above that is lower CAS, but may have less "stress" as far as I can see from looking online (option #D)
At the moment part of me says go for the low risk Option #C, but seems odd to pay more for RAM than the CPU... maybe I should just do #D and take the boring/slightly slower versions since I presume it wouldn't matter that much and USD400 is still plenty of cash. Is there anything else missing from my thought process or options?

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You could go DDR4-4000+speeds but then again for a gaming only system, you're not going to see much returns for the money you're going to spend. I'd stick with DDR4-3600MHz.

The goal you have will be achieved with the platform as is on DDR4-3200MHz but with a beefy GPU.
