Choosing Full-HD monitor for work, surfing and movies under 400$

I'm looking for 1080p monitor forwork, web surfing and movies&youtube.

I read a lot of reviews and watch videos, still can't sort out the best option for me.

I don't mind 60 or 75 Herz, or 6 bit or 8 bit (but 8bit would be preferable),
but I'm just need good enough quality of pictures and less defective monitors,
but 1-2 dead pixels or little side lights in dark room in black picture (just because it is IPS matrix)
is not the refuse case for me.

Would you advice some of listed monitors or just give little tip of what brand is less problemable.

I can't comment on the other brands, but I can say I've got a Samsung that I run as a second monitor that's been going for over 10 years.
