Choosing Motherboard, CPU cooler HELP on i5, 970 SLI

Here is mainly my focus build

intel 4690K
EVGA 970 GTX ACX 2.0
NZXT S340 ATX Mid Tower

I can't seem to get what CPU Cooler, motherboard (with wifi), and power supply I should get....

Please I need suggestions.
I do not plan to overclock. I am going to use it on 4K monitor...

I am trying to go for the cheaper option is possible.

I have the exact same build minus the SLI. If ur not over clocking leave the standard heat sink. Get any 9 series mobo and just buy a NIC they're pretty cheap. As for power supply I'm using the corsair cs650m but if you're doing sli then get the cs750m.
