R3 proceesors under rs.8500

am4 mobo under 6000 so oc of proceesor can be done till 3.8ghz

That board has to ship with the latest F7 BIOS to work with the R3.

Depends on how lucky you were with the processor you received but with the stock cooler in the 3.6/3.7 area with a decent aftermarket cooler at or close to 4.0

^^ Agreed. One suggestion is, to check your local markets first before purchasing online. Online prices are inflated in India. You might get better deals from local dealers. You can also check MD Computers online as their rates are cheaper than Amazon.

Instead of buying r3 should i buy i3 8100 or not ?

8100 is better but it is more expensive. If you can stretch your budget then its ok. Or you need to wait for the cheaper boards to drop in a couple of months.
