Question Choosing motherboard

Hi all.
I have an old pc with core i7 3770 and rx570 4 GB (I really like this, played God of war, cyberpunk and horizon)
I want to improve it and I'm going to buy core i3 10100f (maybe i5 10400f ) (socket 1200)
I'm going to keep my RX 570 because at the moment I don't have enough money to buy a new one. But I have plan to buy RTX 2060 in near future!(maybe 3 month)
So. I want to know what motherboard should I buy to supports both old and new Graphic Card?

All new motherboards after 4th (and some 3th) gen of intel, have pcie 3.0 socket, so you can use both on every motherboard you bought
