Hello, i have a i7 4790k and a GTX 970 G1 Gaming. I use 2 HDD's and 1 SSD, my case is Deepcool Kendomen TI, my cooler is Zalman CNPS10X, also my psu is Corsair RM650. I was thinking of upgrading my motherboard, doesn't matter what model it is now, but i was thinking around 100-200$. I ve been thinking a lot about MSI Z97 Gaming 5 and Asus Z97 Pro Gamer. I would like to OC in the future but, prefer auto, not manual. Rate these mb's for me please, and if you think they could ve been better, offer me some advice. Thank you for your time.

Asus's BIOS is a lot richer, and you will probably find more features for OCing than the MSI.
ASRock provides some motherboards with TONS of VRMs that will definitely help with OCing, but not very automatic. Also, some reviews say ASRock's boards are a bit sketchy. All of these boards at the price range are good and you won't go wrong with any of them.

ASRock is fine... I havew the z97 Extreme4 and its really great but the bios is not forgiving for those who dont know what the various terms are. The bios are a lot more user friendly on the other manufacterers but ASRock ones are very versatile and you can find everything.
