Yay, upgrading spree! Anyways, I still have i5-4690K stock fan/metal-spiral-circle-something-thing and I'm planning on upgrading it. What cooling thingy would be a descent upgrade but not that expensive. Say, let's keep it in the around 25€ mark. I have no idea what determines if the cooling thing is better or not honestly. Size? Kewlness?
I guess with that amount you can get a really neat upgrade from that... Thing... The lil' limitation is the height which can't be more than 150mm. Don't really think you can go over that with this budget though.

EDIT2: So I searched a bit, came up with UCACO-FI-11001-CSA01 . Any good or keep away?
