I'm currently in the market for a 2nd system. Originally I thought my budget of 3k usd for everything would be plenty, but prices have risen, and I live in a fairly expensive country. I've decided on the Omen Z4D33AA ($520), and the EC1-A ($76), but I'm having some trouble choosing the system.
I want to go with a prebuilt system, since I'm lazy, and like to support the store I'm planning to shop at. I'm currently looking at two systems:

Setup 1 $2100

Phanteks Eclipse P400
Corsair TX550M
Intel Core i7-8700
CM Hyper H411R
Gainward Geforce RTX 2080 Triple Fan
ASUS ROG Strix B360-F Gaming, S-1151
Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 16GB
Intel 660p 512GB M.2 SSD
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5'' HDD

Setup 2 $2160

Corsair Carbide 275R
Corsair TX550M, 550W
Intel Core i7-9700K
CM Masterliquid ML240L
ZOTAC GeForce RTX 2070
ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-F
Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 16GB
Samsung PM981 SSD 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5'' HDD

The extra processor power is very tempting even though the cooler (maybe idk) probably is to weak for overclocking. My main game is CS:GO, so it will have an impact, but rtx2080 is very tempting as well. Can anyone help me choose?

I'll shop at Komplett.no if anyone want to be so kind to look for more systems to recommend.

Solution
I would go with i7 8700 because of the 12 threads whose will work quite well in the next years and the throttling function. The rtx 2080 is way better than the rtx 2070 and I say that the gpu is the most important part in gaming. The i7 9700K have 8C/8T and I am not that surprised of it's equality between these because at this price 12 threads should be better. CS:GO is a game that runs well even with a 1060 so... ,,Want to play recent games like BF, FC5, ..." I guarantee that the 8700's threads will help you now and in the upcoming years. At the moment no game needs more than 4 cores and I gues that in the upcoming 3-4 years no one will need more than 6. I'd go with the first build. :))

Ill need a beefy computer for what I'm studying. Those workflows will both require a good CPU and GPU.
Also want to play recent games like BF, and Far Cry 5, but that isnt the biggest priority
