So i am making myself a Gaming PC (for the first time). And i need help with my PSU/Case and comments/ideas/criticism on the build.
CPU:
Intel Core i5-3570 Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz
Motherboard:
AsRock Z77 Extreme4 Motherboard
GPU:
AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB GDDR5
RAM:
Corsair Vengance 2x4GB
Hard Drive:
Western Digital WD1002FAEX

for the case, i would suggest to go for a CM Scout 2. I will agree with tradesman1 to go for the "K" variant of the processor. Also, i would suggest considering the Haswell altogether. you can go for a i5 4670K with Asrock Z87 extreme 6. you can opt for Antec or corsair as PSU choices. a 550-650w will suffice.

the intel's platform Ivybridge (3570 belongs to Ivybridge) has now been superceded by Intel's new platform Haswell. the haswell counterpart for the 3570 is the 4670. Same specs, new platform. they are roughly the same price but new tech is new.
