cpu: amd fx8350(with overclock probably)
gpu: radeon r9 280x(maybe crossfire later)
ram: corsair vengeance pro ddr3 1866mhz 2x4gb cl9

options:
$150 750W Corsair CS750M
$145 750W Corsair CX750M
$137 750W Corsair CX750

$146 750W Cooler Master GXII
$138 750W Cooler Master RS-750 GX
$138 750W Cooler Master G750M

$132 750W Zalman ZM750C-HP Plus

$120 750W Thermaltake Smartpower

i don't have any other options, also i'm not livin' in u.s.a. so prices are bit higher...
which one is best between those options?

should i go for modular psu no matter what? i'll get zalman z12 plus with cable management area. so i think i can use non-modulars too... is there any performance difference between modulars?

Those aren't good options......

Where are you buying from? EVERYWHERE has better options than just those. You're probably better off just going for a good 550W, i wouldn't do crossfire 280x on any of those units.

not everywhere, turkey is really a shitty country...
anyway, i have couple more options, but from another shop...

$130 Thermaltake Toughpower 700W

those 3 are out of my budget
$169 EVGA SuperNOVA 750W (nex750g)
$162 Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 720W
$154 Seasonic M12II-750

Thermaltake Toughpower 700W, but if you can stretch your budget go for Seasonic M12II-750
Seasonic M12II-750 is a Tier One PSU top of the line.

i can get "Seasonic M12II-750 & MSI 970 Gaming MoBo" and "Thermaltake Toughpower 700W & Gigabyte 990FXA UD3 MoBo"
i'll not do Xfire or SLI. at least for a year or maybe more... i can get new mobo too when i decide xf'ing...
so i'll be fine with msi 970 mobo and seasonic psu i guess?

is that complete system fine?
