Choosing RAM for my new build

Hello everyone, im about to make a new pc build.
PC specs:
cpu: intel core i7 6700k
mobo: asus z1700-a
psu:Corsair cx750m
gpu: evga geforce gtx 1070 8gb ftw
ram: --??--

I dont have an idea about the correct ram should i buy and the correct CAS to gain the best possible performance, Im looking for Corsair vengeance lpx 16gb kit but i dont know which is better!! Thank you!

Yeah the first one is 2400mhz but the second is 3200mhz with 4 CAS more than the first one, So which is better ?
