Hello, I have an HP Pavilion Gaming 16 a0035nm laptop and I am looking forward upgrading to dual monitor setup, I'm a bit confused and I really hope you can help me out. I have so many questions which I tried to answer by googling and youtube videos, but my situation is a bit specific, so its easier for me to ask here, sorry if I look noob, I was researching a lot past month and I am little stuck now in picking a best option, also I am a little unsure what will be the best choice (sorry in advance).

I am looking for budget friendly monitor both under ≈300$ (around 500-600$ in total) for gaming and for graphic design/programming (game dev). I would really like to have one curved monitor out of two, so I was thinking about maybe mixing one VA and one IPS panel, but I've heard curved VA panels tend to have a ghosting, and most curved monitors are VA, that's where I am stuck in picking.

My laptop ihas a display refresh rate of 60Hz, output is HDMI 2.0 and there is also 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate (DisplayPort™ 1.4); I am not completely sure in terms of connecting will this improve the refresh rate, or does it mean that I cant even connect a high refresh rate monitor on this laptop. Also, since I have GeForce RTX 2060 with Max-Q Design, do I need G sync or FreeSync will do the job in terms of reduced stuttering?

The monitors I've looked are with 165Hz refresh rate, 1440p, 27 inch ones (I was thinking also about two 32inch but I am sitting far away from the screen), and these are the monitors I would pick up in terms of quality and price:
