I have a £200 pound budget for graphics card, not sure on which variant of a rx580 to go for or maybe pay the bit extra for 590, this is build so far.

Okay fine, that's a very good PSU. Quality unit. No worries here. If you are on 1080p, then better save some cash, and grab the RX 580 instead. There is only a slight performance difference between those two GPUs, roughly 12%, IMO. On a higher screen RES, the RX 590 might slightly help a bit though. But the 590 has a higher TDP than the 580, 225W vs 185W.

Just my two cents....

Thanks, the only other thing is which brand of rx 580 is the better of the bunch, like the sapphire nitro one or xfx 580 gts or one of the others. Thanks

Frankly speaking, I'm not very familiar with all the GPU brands, but I think for AMD cards, SAPPHIRE would be a much better option, IMO. All these AIB custom cards are almost the same. Some models have better cooling solution for the PCB, higher core/mem clocks, and there is slight difference in the build quality as well.

But Sapphire's build quality is good. For AMD cards, I would recommend going for this brand instead.
