I am looking for a Z87 motherboard LGA 1150 arround $250 dlls, the best motherboard i can get with that money, its not for a lot of overcloking just for videogames and video editting and rendering.

I'd look to the Asus Maximus VI Hero, did a lot of looking and comparing (and builds before deciding on that for my personal build....and no regrets what so ever, Asus seems to have the best handle on the Z87 chipset, have played with many, and the Hero is still my #1 choice

thanks man, i was not taking that mobo on my list but i already look at it and it got good features at a good price, i think i will go with this one or another from ASUS

I've been happy with all the builds on Asus, with the Z87 chipset, and very unexpected and nice has been the DRAM support, especially for high freq and large amounts, it normally takes the mobo makers a few months to get the BIOS's tuned for the high end DRAM

Have you looked into the MSI MPOWER (/MAXX)? Great board, plenty of features and free of a lot of the crap "fluff" that Asus and the like put on $200-$260 boards. Great performance -> I am using one now and had the Z77 MPOWER before it. In my opinion that Hero takes a backseat the the MPOWER any day, not to mention that IF you ever need support MSI's is farrr better than Asus (I take it you are in the US?).

Z87 MPower $220 MPower Max $240 - same price range, haven't had my hands on one, as I don't build on MSI because of the poor QC and in my instance and my clients, poor support, though support is always a maybe good, maybe individual issue)...If you get a good board there supposed to be decent
