I wonder how much it'll cost; one could probably invest into an Everest Max keyboard instead if it's around 250, which has the same left/right attachable keypad.
 
It's probably worth pointing out that there are standalone numpads available for as little as $10, or starting in the $15-$20 range for mechanical models. One could just get one of those and combine it with a tenkeyless keyboard to accomplish pretty much the same thing.
