[SOLVED] Choppy gameplay

Ive been experiencing choppy gameplay from few days, it runs normally at first but after few mins the gameplay is choppy. First it was with Red Dead Redemption 2 then I tried other games like Resident Evil 7, even if play on lowest settings, same issue, please help.

Ryzen 5 2600
Mobo b450m ds3h
8GBx2 ddr4 corsair RAM
GTX 1660 Super 6GB

idk why, but after some research I found out that my bios were out dated, as i updated the bios to the latest version, its fixed.
