For a long time I have been experiencing this problem. I play at 100+ fps in all games but the image is not smooth, the mouse movements are quite choppy.
I find hard to explain what happens, even more without knowing how to speak well in English.

It's like the monitor can't handle that amount of FPS or the high sensitivity movements and shows that "trail" of all the objects.
What do you think? Bad response time? Mouse's input lag? Normal screen tearing?
