[SOLVED] Choppy/Stuttery Camera Movement In Game

I installed far cry 4 on my gaming laptop yesterday and the camera movement in game is just so disturbing. It's so stuttery; I'm not sure if micro stuttering is the word to use but note that fps is great.It never goes below the 50s and temps are perfect so no throttling or power limiting.
Specs: i5 8300h
GTX 1050Ti
NVMe PCIe SSD where far cry is installed on
8GB DDR4 2666MHz ram
60Hz screen
So I don't think the specs are the issue at all and everything is updated. Anyways what do you suggest to solve this issue?

If you are using an overlay, try to turn it off, I found this helpful with Steam and Origin Games, also make sure other applications are not eating up your RAM, as that stuttering is usually the case of the RAM being sucked dry and having to dumb into your HDD
