Hi. my problem is that any MPEG-4 video is choppy in almost every player i tried... Before that i could play those videos pretty smooth, but at some point this started happening. At the same time my computer performance went down (it took longer to open files, to open internet pages, stuttering in games i used to play with no problem etc..) So i tried almost everything i know (i dont know much, and thats why im here looking for your help) i defragmented my whole computer, did a clean reinstal of windows 7 (even tried XP) and it seemed that my problems are gone, but after some time it started happening again: cant load HD yt videos, cant play mpeg-4 files without choppy image, bad performance in games etc... i even scanned for malware, but everything is clean...

P.S. i have intel pentium 4 CPU 3 GHz, 2GB RAM memory, ati Radeon HD 5450 graphic card, foxconn 945P7AE motherboard ... and this happens mostly when i'm watching fullscreen
