If you have a GTX 760, R9 270X or below, the i3-4150 will offer plenty of performance with some room to spare.

If you have a GTX 770, R9 280X or above, the i5-4570, i5-4590, or i5-4460 are all great options, very powerful and should outlast any video card on the market right now.

not bashing Haswell at all but might as well go Ivy imo

For $200

if you want a fast cpu with lighter treads go for intel i5 4 gen

for little bit heavier treads go for amd 8 core fx

I recomende you get a 1366 motherboard and a cheap dual xeon quad or a hexa on ebay a hexa dual cpu with 2.8 ghz sandy beats all i5 i7 or fx

12 core with 24 treads
