Question (Chrome) Can't get rid of Secure search

Right, so I had Mcafee and it's WebAdvisor installed but hadn't ever been using it's search features.
Then today, I start having this issue with my search always redirecting to secure search.
First thing I did was uninstall Mcafee and WebAdvisor, then I ran malwarebytes and adwcleaner, but it's still there.

I'd really love to get back to the google search and be forever rid of this, hopefully without fully resetting/uninstalling and losing what I have otherwise saved on the browser.

Just tried that but sadly it has not worked. I am wondering if perhaps my uninstallation of Mcafee didn't cover everything and perhaps there is some remnant files or links somewhere in my pc that is still causing this to happen.
But that's just my uneducated thoughts, any further suggestions/help would be appreciated.
