chrome doesnot work

Hello everyone, I need your help. I have new windows and now when I tried to open some sites, for exam. google.com, or facebook.com or another ones, my chrome can't open. It sait "your connection is not private", I watched helping videos on youtube, i tried many ways such as changing time or another ones, but it can't resolve the problem. I don't know what to do. Also I donwloaded chorme canery but there is the same problem too. please help me...
