Chrome Forcing HTML5 on youtube

Hi, I have html5 opted out on the youtube setting but it still is playing the youtube videos is there any fix for this?

It is using flash. Chrome has flash built in. Enter “about😛lugins” in the url bar and you can disable it.

No it is using HTML5 and I just want it to go back to flash

No it doesn't get disabled just by clearing the cookies and cache memory. html5 chart
