Chrome Freezing Issue

So, whenever I am browsing the internet using Chrome, my computer will occasionally freeze up. I cannot interact with anything, any audio playing stops immediately, total lock-up. I can press CTRL + ALT + DEL and nothing will happen until the computer unfreezes. This has happened on only this computer, I've had Win 7/8/10 on here and it has done it on all OS. Spotify playing seems to make this happen more often. Any ideas on how to fix?

Sounds like you might be running out of RAM. Is your RAM usage about 60-70% or higher when this happens?

I have 16GB of RAM so I highly doubt that is the issue, I've never bothered to check my usage during the freezes.
