Chrome only plays twitch while incognito or while guest browsing

So randomly chrome decided it will no longer play twitch streams. This is all I get and pressing it does nothing at all. http://prntscr.com/duzmo6 If, however, I open an incognito window or click the option to browse as a guest user for chrome, everything works as it should. Does anyone know how I can rectify this issue? Ive already tried deleting cache.

Nvm I just reset settings and its fine.
