Chrome opening on startup

I have read other threads but none of them have helped me too much. I have turned it off in chrome settings and in task manager but chrome still opens on startup. I have read that is a windows feature more than chrome, opening programs on last shutdown if not closed. I just do not know where to find this feature and disable it.

- Open task manager.

- Click on "startup"

- Deactivate chrome

- Done.

Could be a registery bug then. Seems like you are not the only one having this problem. And from what I can see there is no real " this 1 fix, fixes everything " solution out there sadly.
