Chrome Proxy Server Error

I'm unable to search for anything on in my chrome and another browser there "proxy server" error in Google Chrome browser when I open any web page. Let me know guys How can I solve it?
and also diagnoses and troubleshooting with my system ..still did not get the ideas to fix this problem...
