[SOLVED] Chrome randomly using up too much CPU and DISK

This happens in Chrome and only in Chrome. My CPU and Disk just randomly go up, stay like that for 10-15 minutes and go away. This has happened from time to time but just started getting more frequent.

Specs:
i3-9100
UHD 630
12GB RAM [1x8+1x4] DDR4 3200mhz

PC is 7 months old.

Ssd, I'm running firefox now.

It's SIGNIFICANTLY better. 0 dropped frames on youtube, Cpu usage sub 15%. Looks like I'll start using Firefox from now on.

it is actually virus! Exactly Same problem also happened with me. I ran malware byte and it fixed the problem. it was happening with every browser i install. My Thread
