Chrome resets to yahoo

Chrome keeps resetting my search engine to yahoo, and always opens a tab with yahoo, and its really annoying. Some say that its a folder that is called spigot thats inside program files\common files\spigot which is supposed to be malware, but i cant delete the folder since its some of the files are already running. Help?

Try booting your machine in safe mode and delete the folder then, that should do the trick.

I stopped using Chrome, but can't you edit the search engines?
