[SOLVED] Chromebook CB3-532N1509, eMMC errors on startup

i have a Acer Flagship Chromebook CB3-532 N1509 That was given to me knowing it needed a new Power Supply. I bought a new one and when I powered it up I get a Error at Startup. It shows a splash screen then the picture below , What is wrong with it and is there a fix for it?
