It takes a while to R&D and test a new product. If this is real, I bet the next model will have Haswell.

I think Haswell is in production stage Google could have got samples

That's why Intel and most other semiconductor companies have Engineering Sample for launch partners so partners can get their R&D done and launch new products featuring the new chips from or close to day-1.

This sounds like it would make a hell of a notebook if the price was around $400-$500 to compete with similar resolution tablets. Even $600 would be a completely fair price as long as its construction is sturdy.
